Welcome to Landlord Training Wales

It's now a lawful requirement for anyone who owns a rented property in Wales, to register with the Government regulator, Rent Smart Wales. Both landlords and letting agents who deal with tenants must also become licensed before 1st October 2016. If you need a licence, it’s a criminal offence not to have one after this date!
